We are delighted to release a save the date, and announce a call for abstracts for the 2026 ISOA Annual Meeting.
The meeting will be held in the College of Anaesthesiologists, Merrion Square on the 26th of November 2026. We have many exciting national and international speakers, and hope you can enjoy us for these talks.
We are accepting abstracts from trainees and consultants in Irish hospitals. Please see abstract submission instructions and submission form below.

Abstract details
- Abstracts to include description of case report or study background, methods, results and conclusions – Maximum 250 words.
- Closing date for submission is 17:00 hrs on Wednesday 21st October 2026. If accepted for presentation, candidates will be notified on or before November 4th 2026.
- Late entries or abstracts in incorrect format (background, methods, results and conclusions) will not be considered
- Please return abstract by email to information@isoa.ie
